Back-to-School Stair Climb
With just a few more weeks before school begins, take this opportunity to head to your local high school, and climb the stairs of the football field bleachers. By activating your leg muscles and raising your heartbeat, you will oxygenate your blood and increase the production of endorphins in your brain. If you’re able to catch some of the daylight hours, you can take in a healthy dose of vitamin-D, which may also give your mood a boost.
Hint: Make it a true TBT by creating a playlist of the music you used to listen to during your high school days (but only if it brings back good memories).
