5 Ways to Spring into the Weekend

  1) Set an intention for the mood you will bring into your weekend (i.e. relaxing, celebratory, centering, adventure-seeking, etc.)

2) Create a music playlist for your Friday commute home from work

3) Call someone you haven’t spoken with recently

4) Limit yourself to one chore, errand, or project to compete

5) Find a fun way to raise your heart rate (i.e. go dancing, invite a friend to walk to a local spot for lunch or dinner, research a new hike, download an old Jane Fonda fitness video, etc.)
