Yoga is an ancient practice, which in Sanskrit, means “union.” 

Practiced in many different forms, yoga is a powerful way of integrating body with mind, connecting movement to breath, and bridging our own intimate internal process with something more expansive and universal. 

Through self-awareness and ancient asanas (yoga poses), we can create the opportunity to hone many physical and psychological benefits, such as flexibility, strength, resilience, balance, confidence, endurance, patience, acceptance, and peace.
