Garlic LemonAid

Finely mince 2 to 3 cloves of garlic and place in a 1-quart mason jar. Fill the jar with boiling water and cover for 30 minutes. Strain out garlic and add the juice of 1 whole lemon and raw honey -to taste. Drink warm.
