Cranberry-Lemon Zinger

~by Molly Brennand Combine 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice1/4 cup chlorophyll, 2 tbsps raw apple cider vinegar, and juice of 2 fresh lemons. Add raw honey to taste.

Benefits:

  • Cranberry juice prevents bacteria from attaching to bladder wall and helps remove toxins from liver.
  • Chlorophyll oxygenates the blood to fight fatigue and boost energy.
  • Apple cider vinegar assists in liver detoxification and helps prevent kidney stones.
